It's still Winter
A SEASONAL FLATLAY
The months have been flying by and how quickly I've forgotten about updating my style column in favour of travel. Fear not - winter is still around and I've been able to cobble together one of my favourite go-to looks for the season.
Just because its cold, and grey all around, doesn't mean you have to be. I know most guys have muted colours for their outerwear which is why I recommend some camel to really bring a nice touch of colour to make your outfit pop. Whether in the form of a scarf or jumper, it is one of my favourite colours this winter season.
Here, I've paired my classic navy Burberry overcoat with a camel wind jumper from Parisian brand A.P.C. Made from a blend of Italian wool and cashmere, the jumper is very soft and keeps the cold at bay.
Designed exclusively for MR PORTER, these sneakers are made in Italy from a different variant of leather from the cult classic low achilles, the white Saffiano leather provides a more durable and tactile touch, which is then stamped with the brand's signature gold serial numbers.
The insert is made from contrasting brown leather which whilst adding colour, cannot be seen when worn, thus keeping the classic clean white look until you take them off. The external Saffiano leather is durable and easier to clean, while the insert leather will age better than the original achilles. In my opinion, this is a major win-win and dare I say it, better than the original?
