Autumn Knitwear
Wearing lambswool by Sunspel
For this Autumn, I'm collaborating with British heritage label Sunspel to showcase new knitwear from their lambswool collection. Working closely with two of Scotland's oldest spinners based in Fife, Sunspel brings forth a collection that rivals the hand-feel material of cashmere.
Through innovative machinery, the yarn in each garment is knitted in one unbroken piece, leaving it seamless and incredibly smooth. It then goes through a process of being washed in Scottish spring water to break down any hardness in the fibres, resulting in a soft and refined feel.
The funnel neck jumper in mid-grey melange works as a minimal layering piece and is cut for a relaxed fit. Finished with raglan armholes and a ribbed funnel neck that sits high on the neck. The lambswool collection is one that is proudly made in Scotland and supported by Sunspel; a tribute to traditional Scottish manufacturing and is a timeless piece that I'll be wearing for the years to come.
